Temporary staffing (short term/long term)
Our employees are assigned to a customer's job
site to supplement their work force in situations involving
seasonal needs, special projects, skill shortages and employee
absences.
Try-Before-Hire (we recruit the candidate)
Our employee works for a customer during a trial period in which
both the employee and the customer consider establishing a "long
term" employment relationship.
Be Sure First (customer recruits the candidate)
Job seekers a customer recruits are referred to our company and
placed on our payroll. They become our employees but are
assigned back to the customer to perform required tasks and
services. They remain on our payroll for a pre-determined length
of time. At customer’s request worker is transferred to their
payroll. Currently employed workers by the customer can also be
placed on our payroll.
Contract Staffing
Individuals are recruited to work on long-term, indefinite
assignments. They are screened to your required specifications
and assigned to your job site as our employee.
Direct Hire
We bring together job seekers and potential employers for the
purpose of establishing a "long term" employment relationship.
Managed Services
We assume full responsibility for operating a specific customer
function (example: mail room, packaging or re-packaging of
companies products) on an on-going basis at a location of
customer’s choice or a location designed and supervised by our
skilled and trained employees.
Human Resource Services
Many smaller companies have chosen not to invest in their own
“personnel department” and have instead elected our Human
Resource Department to provide the necessary tools to make it
possible to operate in a cost effective and efficient manner. We
develop their employee handbook, employee introduction kit, job
descriptions and other key employee information requirements.
Payrolling
The customer recruits workers but asks a staffing firm to hire
and assign them to perform services. Or workers currently
employed by the customer are placed on the payroll of a staffing
firm. Payrolling is distinguished from PEO arrangements in that
the workers generally are on temporary assignments and make up a
small proportion of the customer's work force.
